Refund policy
Please ensure you check compatibility of parts and get in touch with our team if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
You may return most new, unopened and undamaged items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. The RMA number will be written on any paperwork and on the packaging of any return shipments.
All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
- Considered a consumable product (descalers, charcoal, filters, etc.)
- Opened or used
- Missing their serial number or UPC
- Special orders (returned at our discretion)
- Returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Returned without notification

If your return is accepted, please return the product to the above address with the RMA number clearly marked. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like consumables (such as filters, descalers, and charcoal). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please ensure you check compatibility of parts and get in touch with our team if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
